Antique Sleeper Sofa Frame Repair


The front skirt board is off the frame, and the left side facing arm is not secure.

The sofa arm / left side is removed to find out why it is wobbling.








Repairs to back frame in progress.










The frame repair is complete.












The pivot pin block has separated from the main back frame.





















The pivot pin block has been secured to the frame.
















The sofa back has been closed up after completing all the frame repairs.









The pivot socket block was removed, and the split block glued.









The pivot socket block has been repaired and replaced.























































This skirt board was originally attached with wood screws. The holes will not hold for new screws.











Tee nuts secured under the upholstery of the skirt board.

























We are looking at the screw heads of the 1/4 -20 x 1 inch machine used with Tee nuts to secure the front skirt board to the metal frame.










































The repair work on the sofa frame is complete. 3 seat cushions go with this sofa.

Ashley Furniture Rectangle Dining Table


Multiple scratches in the sanded area on the left. Deep gouge in the small area on the right.

Surface scratches repaired. The table is ready to go.


Re-working Sofa Springs

I do not cut fabric and sew, but I can fix this.
Opened and ready to go.




Front to back tie process is complete. Side to side still has old twine to be removed. Springs are secured on the new jute webbing with Klinch-It fasteners.



The tie process is complete. The sofa is ready for the burlap and closing.












Ready for the three seat cushions, and a trip back to the owner.
